Story
The story features Pedro José Donoso, a wealthy old man in love with a gorgeous younger woman, Isabel Arroyo. He dies suddenly, but returns to Earth through transmigration: (the passing of a soul into another body after death), in the body of Salvador Cerinza , a handsome (yet poor) family man. Pedro José searches for everything he lost, uncovering secrets, truths and deceptions. Ultimately, he must set things straight and save those who truly loved him.
Major characters
- Pedro Jose Donoso- a wealthy industrialist who,thinks he has everything he ever wanted. He has a gorgeous young wife, despite the age difference and opposition from his only daughter, Ángela.
- Salvador Cerinza – a farmer who lives a sad life with his stingy wife Cantalicia and their son Moncho. Then everything changes when he suffers a mysterious accident.
Isabel Arroyo- a sensual, ambitious woman who loves her husband,Pedro Jose, at least on the surface.
- Andrés Corona – Pedro Jose’s right hand man and Isabel’s secret lover. Two-faced, astute and ruthless, he will do anything to take everything Pedro Jose’s owns.

i cant say how crazy i m about the serial. i watch it regularly in firangi as well as in sahara one. in firangi i watch it all the 4 times it relay. i need its complete story as i missed the starting.
any way the story is awesome and all characters are very nice.
i like all of them specially salvador,symond and angela. i like dialogues of izabel, short and sweet.

Love this series called Second Chance..what a fantastic cast and crew..story, title song its lyrics…love everything about the series..though i get to see the dubbed version in hindi..All the recordings are so perfect and suit the personality… Such an excellent idea to circulate a piece of art in different languages..Hats off to all who contributed to the making of firangi channel…I really appreciate Salvador (Matio Cimarro) and this guy called Anders corrona..and ofcourse the lovely walter lol..Well love is in the air is a beautiful simple story as well.. love Nelly.. and afcourse the funniest thing on earth is Lalola! thank you firangi you guys have contributed to my love of watching telivision. This serial is awesome, no words to express my madness for this serial. This kind of series had never made and can never be made. All the characters are fantastic especially Mr. Don Pedro, Salvador Serenza, Isabel Rozario. Hats off to the director and the producer of this serial.

love this show…got a chance to see it on firangi in its first week and instantly got hooked to the story but then my cable wala stopped transmitting firangi now that it has started coming on sahara one…. i just love it! ..it has all the masala love,betrayal,revenge,drama,romance everything..u say it,and they show it.It is something that has been missing on indian television..and yes i love salvador he is just to amazing..one more thing..our television creatives keep on telling the same old stories again n again taking a scene from here, a scene from there..earlier they were lifting the scenes and situation from films and now they lifting whole plots…so if they r coping so balantly and openly then why don’t they make indian version of it..i would love to see it,but only if they copy scene to scene otherwise they would make a mess of it…a question for u guys if second chance is made in india whom would u like to play salvador….for me if its a film i would love to see hrithik roshan..he is the only one who comes any where near the personality of mario cimmoro n if its a tv show i guess it will be iqbal khan..though he does not resemble mario he is the only eye candy i can think of who has the expression,voice as well as physique to carry the role.

I got a chance to see this serial when my younger brother Javed insisted me to see this serial and also brief the story because I started watching it after the death of Jhon Pedro. And slowly all of my family members started watching this serail even my mother don’t want to miss the serail, we like all the characters, specially Selvador Cirenza, Andrez is also seem to be very good actor.
We would like to see it again if the serail is repeated again on the Firangi Channel.

Second Chance is amazing. I would never watch a foreign language soap dubbed in Hindi, but the story is so gripping and different from the rest, that I dont miss an episode. The actors, their styling,class shown are just perfect.

I was viewing Second Chance at Sahara-one till last week every night from 11 p.m. But suddenly from this week , 8th sept this has been replaced by Saas-Bahu programme, I’m keen on watching the serial again at sahara-one again as Firangi channel is not broadcasted by our Cable operators, so can someone help me with the timing of the serial now aired at Sahara-one.

hey guys i had sent a mail to ‘Sahara One’ asking them to restart the serial ‘Second Chance’ and i got a reply from them saying they dont have previlege to air that serial overseas, only firangi has got those previleges.
i love this show. i never miss it even i see it twice. its so perfectly casted and narrated. Cirenza and Isabel both are beautiful gorgeous and perfect.
if there was a word more than love to discribe the way i feel about this series, i would have used, but snice i cant found it let just say am cazy about you guys thumps up for the director,producer,and most espercially the characters. But Sahara One channel stopped playing the serial , and started playing a shit “saas bahu” .. i dont know why they put that old saas bahu concept instead of romantic serial filled with everything which we wanted..
Its too bad action from sahara one.
And as I have TATASKY, i cannot watch the Firangi TV also … theyhave some internal problems.
Even in my city local cable operators provide firangi.. But the London based hifi.. jinghala tv doesnt provides firangi..

Seond Chance is one of the best serials i have come across. Quite different from daily Saa Bahu saga. I am very much disappointed that Sahara One has stopped showing this opera at 11.00 pm and has started shwoing repeat telecast of Saas vs Bahu. This will reslut in loosing the viewership who really love Sahara One for its different type of serials and would not love to watch again the repepat telecast of Saas vs Bahu….
Pls restart the show instead of Saas vs Bahu as our cable operator doesnt show Firangi, sahara One is the only source where we can watch this serial

Shara Entertainment administration is full of jockers who dont know what public wants, no one from young generation wants saas bahu dance these buggers cancelled only a great seriel over sahara one that was telecasted that was Second Chance ( Great Story, Great Acting) No one watching Sahara one Before telecast of this seriel and I,m sure more than 75% people might have stopped watching sahara One after this seriel discontinues
Well this show seems to be sooo nice that it has almost become an addiction for me! All the characters seem to be very well fitted in their respective roles. And on top of it, the spanish to hindi conversion seems to be awesome, hats off to Firangi!!!
